The Vakhmistrov I-Ze was a parasite fighter designed in the USSR in 1934-5. This study investigated how pastors and ministers perception of organizational servant leadership was related to their job satisfaction. 72 pastors and 72 ministers out of 145 multi-staff SBC churches in Tarrant County, Texas participated in this study (n=144). The Organizational Leadership Assessment (OLA) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ short-form) were utilized. The results displayed that pastors and ministers who perceived higher organizational servant leadership within their church staffs showed greater satisfaction with their ministries and vice versa in SBC churches in Tarrant County, Texas. In addition, there was a moderate difference between the two groups (pastors and ministers) concerning the organizational servant leadership tendency within their same church staff teams.

Job satisfaction and intention to leave among critical-care nurses in Atlanta, Georgia was examined to determine why critical-care nurses leave employment. The author used a correlational survey design and administered the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short-form and the Anticipated Turnover Scale (ATS), to critical-care nurses who were members of the local chapter of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and employed by hospitals located in Atlanta, Georgia. A total of 108 surveys were returned equating to a 27% response rate. The results of the Pearson's r correlations determined that the critical-care nurse's intention to leave score had significant negative correlations with all three types of satisfaction including general satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction, and extrinsic satisfaction. Using mediation analysis it was revealed that age and education do not exert a significant mediation effect on the relationship between general job satisfaction and intention to leave among critical care registered nurses in Atlanta, Georgia.
This research investigated the relationship between transformational leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of teachers in the Secondary Schools in the State of Perak. This research used quantitative approach which is structure questionnaire survey. The Principal Leadership Questionnaires (PLQ) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) were used in the questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to more than 500 teachers in the secondary school and approximately 348 set of questionnaires were collected back and usable. All the data obtained from respondents were used to analyze by using SPSS version 20.0. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was used in this research. The result shows that all the IVs are positively correlated with teacher's job satisfaction. However, regression analysis result shows that there are only 3 IV's are showing high variance in explaining teacher's job satisfaction.

This was a qualitative research study which examined the impact that chronic stress had on the job satisfaction and career burnout in the Correctional Officer population. Using a sample of 71 Officers in the State of Maine, the author conducted a series of tests including use of a simple demographic survey, the Occupational Stress Inventory- Revised (OSI-R), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Results showed a significant correlation between both job stress and job satisfaction, and job stress and burnout, demonstrating a need for facility administration to have means available to help Officers cope with, and reduce, occupational stress. This thereby would increase the likelihood that Officers would remain at their respective Correctional Facility longer and be happy with their working conditions.
